SunnySkies: I am a wife, mom, teacher and child of God who is trying to successfully navigate having "balance" in my life while also starting a journey toward reaching my healthiest self. Join me as I learn the how-to's of incorporating a plant-based lifestyle, making better choices and finding out what works for me so that I can feel better, have more energy and lose (a lot of) weight.
